Signatur&Avatar Rating

Haven't found this thread.. But it's important^^
I know it from other Forums.

Rate the Signatur and Avatar(and if you like the title) of the poster previous you.

Please don't rate the same people again and again..Only do it, if he or she changes something..

Rate from 1-10 and be fair. Maybe a short comment will explain why you give so many or only a few points.

example:
Iron Angel
Avatar: 10/10 its amazing, I like it.
Signatur: 2/10 Don't like this band and the artwork isnt very good

I'm sry if my english doesn't sound very aristocratic, but I think you can understand it.
